Many people think that if they were only in some other place, or had some other job, they would be happy. Well, that is doubtful. So get as much happiness out of what you are doing as you can, and don't put off being happy until some future date.


Stress Management a term frequently used but what does it really mean?

We need a certain amount of stress in our lives, the right amount of stress to enable us to get out of bed in the morning, to do a public presentation, and to go for the promotion we have desired. However in these every increasing busy times we are often in a constant state of stress and this heightened state can cause long term damage and even death. This elevated state kicks of the primordial reaction in us of “fight or flight” which literally tells our body that we are in danger and need to either run away or stand and fight. People often don’t realize they are carrying so much stress in their bodies, as the constant on-slaught of stress, means that body unnecessarily habitually carries unhealthy physiological, empt symptoms such as:
