Fears and Phobias

It's interesting to know that behavioral scientists have evidence to suggest that when we are born we have two inbuilt “fears”: A fear of falling and a fear of loud noises.

It makes sense if you're a baby and your ears and brain can be damaged by loud noises, and as you have no spatial awareness, falling can be pretty damaging as well.

Where do the rest come from… Rats, snakes, public speaking, open spaces, confined spaces, people, cats, dogs, spiders, the list is endless.

If we can learn from our surroundings, then we can also learn to let them go.
Let go of fear and in its place have happiness instead - sounds good to me!
